The Educational Categories of the Training include: 100 Hours Training Techniques and Practice, 25 Hours Teaching Methodology, 30 Hours Anatomy and Physiology, 40 Hours Yoga Philosophy/LifeStyle Ethics, 30 Hours Practicum. The Training is open to maximum 10 Students.
